Published, because you should not have to book a call to find out what software costs. A one-time deployment fee, then a monthly service plan. Nothing here is priced per seat.

Deployment
One time, per application. This gets you a working, fitted deployment running under your own domain with your data in it.

Service plans
Monthly, starting at go-live. Covers hosting, updates, security patching, backups with point-in-time recovery, monitoring, email delivery, and support. 12-month minimum. Your rate does not change for 24 months.

Included hours cover small changes and support overflow. They are not a feature development budget. New functionality is quoted as customization.
Hosting and email appear as named line items on your invoice. If you move the deployment to your own cloud account, or you supply your own email provider, those lines come off the bill.
AI features
Priced separately from the service plan because it is the one cost that scales with how much you use it. Drafting, summarization, and review actions across the application.

We choose which models the application uses and change that choice as the market moves, which is what keeps this line stable while the underlying prices swing. AI availability is excluded from the uptime commitment, because it depends on providers we do not control. Your account has a hard spend ceiling, so an automation loop cannot produce a surprise invoice.
Customization
Hourly. The rate is set by your service plan, so a higher plan buys a lower rate, and prepaid blocks of hours are discounted further. Exact rates are in your proposal.
This is usually the largest line over a multi-year relationship, and that is the intended shape. The deployment gets you running. Customization is what makes the application match your business three years from now, when your business is not what it is today.
Source code license
$45,000, one time. Requires an active service plan.
You get the source for your deployed application and the right to modify it, including with your own developers or another vendor. You do not get the right to redistribute it or to sell it as a service. Most clients never buy this. It exists so that "you own it" is a statement about the code and not only about the data.
First 3 deployments
The first 3 deployments signed before 26 November 2026 get 40% off the deployment fee. In exchange: a named case study and a reference call for future prospects. The service plan is at full price, and the terms are otherwise identical.
Annual service prepay is available at ten months for twelve.
